개인정보처리방침
Personal Workspace(이하 "이 앱")은 제작자 본인만 사용하는 1인용 도구입니다. 다른 사용자를 받지 않으며, 어떤 데이터도 수집·판매·공유하지 않습니다.
1. 접근하는 구글 데이터
사용자가 동의 화면에서 명시적으로 승인한 범위 안에서만 접근합니다.
- Gmail — 메일 검색·읽기·작성·발송, 라벨 정리
- 캘린더 — 일정 조회·생성·수정
- 드라이브 / 문서 / 시트 / 슬라이드 — 파일 검색 및 내용 읽기·쓰기
- 주소록 — 읽기 전용 검색
- 할 일(Tasks) — 조회·생성·수정
- 계정 기본 정보 — 어느 계정으로 연결됐는지 구분하기 위한 이메일 주소와 표시 이름
2. 어떻게 쓰나
사용자가 그때그때 내린 지시를 수행하는 데에만 씁니다(예: "이 메일에 답장 써줘", "다음 주 일정 보여줘"). 광고·프로파일링·기계학습 훈련에 쓰지 않습니다.
3. 어디에 저장하나
- 메일 본문·일정·파일 내용을 따로 저장하지 않습니다. 요청할 때 구글에서 받아 화면에 쓰고 끝냅니다.
- 접근 권한을 나타내는 인증 토큰만 사용자 기기의 운영체제 자격 저장소 (macOS 키체인 등)에 보관합니다.
- 제작자가 운영하는 서버가 없으므로, 외부로 전송되어 쌓이는 데이터가 없습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
없습니다. 데이터는 사용자의 기기와 구글 API 사이에서만 오갑니다. 어떤 제3자에게도 판매·양도·공개하지 않습니다.
5. 구글 사용자 데이터 정책 준수
이 앱의 구글 사용자 데이터 사용은 Google API Services User Data Policy를 따르며, 여기에는 제한된 사용(Limited Use) 요건이 포함됩니다.
6. 접근 권한 철회 / 삭제
사용자는 구글 계정 권한 관리에서 언제든 이 앱의 접근을 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소하면 저장된 토큰은 즉시 무효가 되며, 기기의 자격 저장소에서 해당 항목을 지우면 흔적이 남지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy (English)
Personal Workspace is a single-user personal tool. It has no other users, collects nothing, and sells or shares nothing.
Data accessed
Only within the scopes the user explicitly grants on the Google consent screen: Gmail (read, compose, send, labels), Calendar (read and write events), Drive / Docs / Sheets / Slides (read and write), Contacts (read-only), Tasks (read and write), and basic account info (email address and display name) used solely to tell connected accounts apart.
How it is used
Strictly to carry out the user's own interactive requests. Never for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models.
Storage
Message bodies, events, and file contents are not stored — they are fetched on demand and discarded. Only OAuth tokens are retained, in the operating system's credential store on the user's own device (e.g. macOS Keychain). There is no developer-operated server and no remote copy of any data.
Sharing
None. Data moves only between the user's device and Google's APIs.
Limited Use
This application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revocation and deletion
Access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions. Revocation invalidates stored tokens immediately; deleting the corresponding entry from the device's credential store removes them entirely.
